What is a VPS?
A Virtual Private Server (VPS) is a virtualized server that functions similarly to a dedicated physical server, but it resides on a physical server shared with other VPS instances.

Each VPS is allocated its own operating system (OS) and dedicated resources, including CPU, RAM, and storage, which are not shared with other users and is 100% dedicated to you.

This setup provides more control and flexibility compared to shared hosting.
What are the advantages of a VPS over shared hosting?
Dedicated resources: With VPS hosting, you get a guaranteed amount of CPU, RAM, and disk space, which is not shared with other users, ensuring better performance.
Customization: You can install custom software, control the environment, and configure the server to suit your specific needs.
Scalability: VPS hosting allows for easy upgrading of resources as your website or application grows.
Isolation: Each VPS is isolated from others, meaning that issues with one VPS don’t affect others.
What is a Dedicated Server?
A Dedicated Server is a physical server exclusively leased to a single user or organization.

All of its resources—CPU, RAM, storage, and bandwidth—are fully dedicated to that user, providing complete control over the server’s configurations and performance.
How is a VPS different from a dedicated server?
A VPS is hosted on a physical server along with other VPS instances, sharing the same hardware resources, while a dedicated server provides an entire physical machine for your use alone.

While a VPS is more cost-effective, a dedicated server offers full control of the hardware and resources.
What is a Cloud VPS?
A Cloud VPS is similar to a traditional VPS but is hosted in a cloud environment, meaning the server is virtualized and distributed across multiple physical machines.

It offers flexibility in scaling resources up or down based on demand and typically benefits from higher availability and reliability due to the cloud infrastructure.
What are the Key Benefits of a Cloud VPS?
* Scalability: You can easily scale resources (CPU, RAM, storage) based on your needs, making it ideal for fluctuating workloads.

* Reliability: Cloud VPS hosting typically benefits from high availability due to the redundancy built into cloud infrastructure.

* Flexible Budget Plans: With cloud hosting, you typically pay only for the resources you use, which can be more cost-efficient for dynamic workloads.
Do I need technical knowledge to manage a VPS?
Yes, managing a VPS does require technical knowledge, particularly in areas such as server administration, security, and software installation.

Since all of our VPS services are unmanaged, you’ll need to either have these skills or be prepared to learn how to manage the server on your own.
Can I install my own software on a VPS?
Yes, with VPS hosting, you have full control over your server, so you can install and configure custom software, applications, and scripts as per your requirements.
How scalable is a VPS?
VPS hosting is highly scalable. You can typically increase or decrease your resources (such as RAM, CPU, or disk space) with ease depending on the provider’s offerings.

This makes it easy to upgrade your plan as your needs grow.
Is VPS hosting secure?
VPS hosting is secure, but it’s important to follow best practices for server security. Since you have root access, you’re responsible for keeping the server secure through firewalls, updates, patches, and proper configuration. Some VPS providers also offer additional security features, such as DDoS protection and managed security services.
What kind of support is available with your services?
We offer 24/7/365 customer support through our ticketing system, with a response time of under 15 minutes.
Which Option is Best for My Business?
* Dedicated Server: Best for large enterprises or businesses with high traffic and resource-heavy applications, where control, performance, and security are a top priority.

* VPS: Ideal for small to medium-sized businesses looking for a cost-effective solution with more control and dedicated resources compared to shared hosting.

* Cloud VPS: Suitable for businesses with fluctuating resource needs or those looking for a highly scalable, flexible, and reliable environment.
Is your VPS service managed or unmanaged?
Our VPS service is unmanaged, which means that you will have full root access and complete control over your server.

You are responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining your VPS, including software installation, security updates, and server troubleshooting.
Do you offer any administrative support for unmanaged services?
Yes, while all our services is unmanaged,

we do offer a one-time addon for administrative support. If you require any help with server administration, you can purchase 30 minutes of admin work for a one-time fee of $25.
What does the $25 addon include?
The addon provides you with 30 minutes of administrative support, during which our team will assist you with tasks such as:

* Software installation
* Security configuration
* Troubleshooting server issues
* Performing necessary updates or patches

If we are unable to resolve the issue or if it takes longer than 30 minutes to fix, we will refund the $25 fee.

Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with the support provided.
How Easy is it to Scale?
* Dedicated Server: Scaling can be difficult and expensive because it requires adding or upgrading physical hardware.

* VPS: Scaling can be done but may involve moving to a different server if resource limits are hit.

* Cloud VPS: Offers the easiest and most flexible scaling, allowing you to increase or decrease resources with minimal effort based on demand.
Which Option Offers More Customization?
* Dedicated Server: Offers the highest level of customization, as you have complete control over both hardware and software.

* VPS: Offers a moderate level of customization, with control over the operating system and software configurations, but limited by the shared physical hardware.

* Cloud VPS: Offers customization of virtualized resources and configurations, but your control over physical hardware is limited due to the cloud infrastructure.
