When we receive an abuse claim from our upstream provider or a third party regarding your server, we forward it to you for resolution and request that you respond to the abuse ticket and address the issue within 24 hours.
- If you respond within this timeframe, the service will not be interrupted, and we will follow up to ensure the issue is permanently resolved before closing the abuse case.
- If you fail to respond within 24 hours, our system will automatically suspend the service to prevent further abuse, as the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, if multiple abuse claims are received for the same server or incident, we will suspend the server and notify you.
If your service has been suspended for this reason, we recommend that you immediately respond to the open case and request the service be unsuspended so you can resolve the issue.
Please ensure that the abuse-related issue is fully fixed before requesting reinstatement.
Repeated abuse claims for unresolved issues may lead to permanent suspension or termination of the service.
