How Are Abuse Claims Handled?

When we receive an abuse claim from our upstream provider or a third party regarding your server, we will forward the claim to you for resolution and request that you respond to the abuse ticket and address the issue within 24 hours. If you fail to respond within this time frame or if multiple abuse claims are received for the same server or incident, we will suspend the server and notify you.
